Forms of Payment:
•You can mail a check and registration form to BAPA: 22811 100th Ave. W Edmonds, WA 98020
•You can pay with VISA or MasterCard over the phone (there is a $2.00 transaction fee for all charges made to BAPA accounts).
•You can come into the office and pay by check, cash, or credit card
•You can email the completed form to bethany@ballet-academy.net and then make your payment as well.
